DESCRIPTION:
GET TO KNOW THE LARGEST WATERFALL IN GALICIA
To get to the Route from Fonsagrada take the LU-721 towards the hamlet of /signposted Vilagocende. Park the car 300 metres before reaching this hamlet, where a road sign is located on the right hand side . Leave the asphalt road to get fully onto the path that runs between stretches of autoctonos oak forest and pine trees.
ENJOY NATURE IN ITS PUREST STATE
Walking over several wooden footbridges, we encounter the force and intensity that the Porteliña river produces with a waterfall in excess of 50 metres high Through the bridge we access its base and contemplate its beauty protected by a riverside forest made of birches, alders and oaks.
There is also the alternative of visiting a viewpoint above the waterfall with a spectacular perspective.Go back the same way to return to the starting point.
